Private Welshcake Workshop

Guests will enjoy a cup of Welsh tea/coffee and cakeupon arrival followed by a Welshcake demonstration by Nerys, including information about Welsh food heritage.

Guests will then cook their own Welshcakes guided by Nerys. The morning ends with a warm welshcake or twowashed down with a glass of Welsh cider.

 Join TV Chef and author Nerys Howell for a Welsh cooking Masterclass where you’ll enjoy a delicious Welsh lunch. Nerys is the author of three bilingual cookery books which bring to life the traditions, lifestyles and cooking of Wales combined with Nerys’ more contemporary recipes based on Welsh produce.

Guests can choose a menu from one of the 3 books –Taste of Wales, Welsh Food by Season, Harvest.
