1 – Daffodil
One of the things we love most about this beautifully colourful venue is its emphasis on
using Welsh ingredients. We always love to see new restaurants supporting other local
businesses, to truly offer guests a taste of Wales.
We are delighted to be working with Daffodil as a new stop on our Cardiff Tasting tour!
Guests will enjoy a taster of Daffodil’s signature Barti Ddu Rum mojito with some delicious samples of paprika-rich chorizo, creamy Caws Cenarth sheep’s milk cheese, local bread and cheeses. https://daffodilcardiff.co.uk/

2 – Scaredy Cats
Here’s one for board game lovers! Located in the heart of Cardiff, Scaredy Cats offers guests
board games to play with friends and family whilst enjoying craft beers, cocktails and coffee.
There’s a choice of 150 games!
It’s great to see their focus on fresh produce, local Welsh ingredients and sourced spirits. Their latest Autumn menu cocktail, Blackberry and Maple Bramble is made using local Barry
Island rum – delicious!  https://www.instagram.com/scaredycatscafebar/?hl=en

3 – Par 59
I’m sure you’ve all heard about this new venue – but have you been there yet? A perfect
venue to try out if you are looking for an easy-going and fun night out! A collaboration with
Gareth Bale’s Elevens Bar and Grill, as well as DEPOT, Par 59 is the new home of mini golf
in Cardiff. A 21,000 square foot mini golf course, equipped with its own kitchen and bar. On the menu, two 9-hole courses, two bars and a menu full of delicious burgers, sharing
plates and tasty sides. There’s also a bottomless brunch on offer on Saturdays. Make sure to book in advance. https://par59.com/

And last but not least, 4 – Kafe Makasih
The fourth venue is award-winning street food vendor that has opened up its own Kafe just
outside Cardiff, in Cathays. Kafe Makasih serves gorgeous, colourful and flavoursome breakfast and brunch mixing Asian and British dishes. The curry rice bowls with crispy coated chicken, BLUE rice and their signature curry sauce is the perfect combo to try!
Putting an emphasis on veggie and vegan dishes as well as meat dishes, there are delicious delights for everyone. Check out their new Autumnal drinks menu – our favourite is the
Butterscotch Hot chocolate! You can sit inside or outside, plus dogs are welcome too!
