Sian Roberts from Loving Welsh Food has been running food tours and cooking workshops in Cardiff & the Vale of Glamorgan for just over 5 years. “Guests always enjoy our traditional recipes – simple to cook and fabulous to eat! They love finding out about our food heritage and culture, as well as trying to pronounce some of our challenging Welsh words!”
Chris started his career as a teaboy and runner, whilst being trained as a cameraman for an independent television and corporate company. He then started to work on the other side of the camera and has been presenting, in both English and Welsh, for nearly 30 years, on television, radio, in corporate and public sector events.. A more recent development in his work has been hosting, presenting and facilitating online events. “ I am very lucky to have worked with so many wonderful people from all walks of life and, as a cameraman and director, and have travelled the world extensively”.
