Join us for a relaxed and light-hearted hour of cooking, chatting and plenty of banter with Loving Welsh Food host Sian Roberts and TV Cook Nerys Howell. Nerys will be cooking a fabulous 2-course meal showcasing our wonderful Welsh food & drink. All recipes are quick and easy to follow and you can ask as many questions as you like.

Cook-Along at your own pace, you can prepare 1 or 2 courses, it’s up to you.  Or  – just come along, sip your Welsh drink, sit back and enjoy the cooking, top tips and stories about the recipes and Welsh produce.

Sian Roberts from Loving Welsh Food has been running food tours and cooking workshops in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for just over 5 years.  “The guests always love tasting and hearing about our traditional and contemporary recipes – all very easy to make and delicious”. Sian also works as a TV and Radio announcer for S4C and BBC Radio Wales.

Nerys Howell travels all over the world promoting food and drink from Wales and is a regular on TV and radio programmes both in Welsh and English. She runs her own company, Howel Food Consultancy and has published 2 bilingual cook books -Cymru ar Blat/Wales on a Plate and Bwyd Cymru yn ei Dymor/ Welsh Food by Season.

Tech Requirements

All you need is a laptop or tablet with sound, a built-in camera and high speed internet. You’ll get set-up instructions prior to the evening. It’s easy!

The Welsh Cook-Along requires a minimum number of 15 Participants (households)in order to run. If the show doesn’t take place, we can reschedule for a later date or provide a 100% full refund.
