Cobbles Kitchen & Deli is housed in a gorgeous 16th Century, Grade II listed barn on the fringe of the spectacular heritage coast in the heart of The Vale of Glamorgan.

Pan con tomate, sourdough toast, garlic, tomato, basil oil, parsley topped with Iberico ham.
Dill and vodka cured sea bass, fennel and apple salsa, dill oil.
Aromatic pork croquette, sherry raisins, coriander.
Taffia baked eggs, chorizo, garlic tomato sauce, spicy cheddar.

A wine tasting is up next. We travel to Meadow View vineyard, just outside the market town of Cowbridge, where Michael Lewis, the owner, takes us on a guided tour of his boutique vineyard followed by a blind tasting of Welsh v international sparkling wines. Meadow view supplies Waitrose with their sparkling wine.
